Which model fits your project
Two ways to engage us. A managed project keeps the scope in your hands and bills by the landman day. Turnkey lease acquisition fixes the terms and the fee per net acre, and we carry the cost risk.
Side by side
| Question | Managed project | Turnkey lease acquisition |
|---|---|---|
| Scope certainty | Your team can change the scope and priorities as the work goes. | The area, lease form, acreage target and NRI are fixed in the agreement. |
| Budget certainty | You know the day rate; the total follows the days worked. | You know the fee per net acre; the total follows the acres delivered. |
| Who carries the risk | You carry the risk of slow title or hard-to-find owners. | We carry the acquisition cost risk. |
| How you pay | By the landman day. | Per net acre delivered at a 75 percent NRI. |
| Reporting | Weekly status: days, tracts worked, findings, open questions. | Weekly status: leases taken, net acres, NRI, owners open, curative. |
| Fits | Title, curative, ROW, due diligence and leasing with a moving scope. | A settled leasing program where cost per acre matters most. |
What NRI means
Net revenue interest (NRI) is the share of production revenue the working interest owner keeps after royalty and other burdens. A lease delivered at a 75 percent NRI carries burdens of no more than 25 percent.
