This site is for information, scoping and inquiries. Any engagement with us is governed only by a signed written agreement or engagement letter, which supersedes anything on the site.
Using the site
By browsing landman.broker (the "Site") or sending information through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.
Information, not advice
The drawings, samples and descriptions on the Site are examples for information and scoping. They are not legal, accounting, tax or title opinions.
- No engagement from a form. Sending information through a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, an engagement, a fiduciary duty or a binding contract. Only our written agreement creates an engagement, once you sign it.
- Samples. The project in the drawing, its crews and its meters are made up. Rates, fees and engagement terms, including any NRI term, are set only in a signed written agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the Site only for lawful inquiries. You agree not to:
- Use scrapers, crawlers, harvesting scripts or other automated tools to collect the Site's content or data.
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or spam submissions.
- Probe, breach or try to compromise the security, rate limits or servers of the Site.
- Impersonate any person, business or licensed professional.
Our content
The text, worksheet, marks, layouts and drawings on the Site are the property of Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
