Right-of-way and easement acquisition

For pipelines and transmission lines, a route is only as fast as its slowest tract. We staff ROW agents along the route and manage them as one crew.

What the crews do

  • Run title and identify every surface owner and lienholder on the route.
  • Get survey permission and track it tract by tract.
  • Negotiate easements on your form, with the damages and terms you set.
  • Keep a contact log for every landowner.

What you see

A weekly route report: tracts open, surveyed, under negotiation and signed, with the issues that need your team.

Ramp with the route

Crews move along the route and are added where tracts bunch up. See midstream and pipeline and renewables.

How we run it

We run every project the same way: one project manager, crew leads, independent landmen, a QC desk and a weekly status report to your land team. How a land brokerage works.

Send a project

Tell us the work, where it is and roughly how big. We reply by email with a scope and a staffing plan, or a turnkey proposal for a leasing program. Sending this form does not engage us; a signed written agreement does.

Rates and turnkey pricing are set in a written agreement for each project. Contact us for a quote; we do not publish them.
